How inquiry data and files are handled
This notice applies to visits, product searches and live inquiries on the GSNK website.
People and industrial backgrounds are application illustrations; product photography and specifications are identified separately.Updated 26 July 2026
Information collected
The inquiry form may collect company, contact name, country or region, business email, WhatsApp, model, quantity, duty, required delivery, message, and drawings, photographs or purchasing lists you upload. The server also processes limited request information for spam prevention and rate limiting.
Purpose
Information is used only to understand the bearing requirement, verify models and duty, prepare quotations and continue communication. Customer files are not used for public product or marketing material without separate explicit permission.
Files and security
Files are stored in private object storage under randomized names. PDF, JPG, PNG, XLS and XLSX are accepted, up to three files and 10 MB each. Administrator downloads require sign-in and a signed link valid for ten minutes.
Retention
Inquiry records and files are retained for 24 months by default and then enter routine deletion. Records required for contracts, disputes or legal obligations may be retained longer. Quote the inquiry reference to request access, correction or deletion.
Email and analytics
Live inquiries send necessary notifications to GSNK and the customer. Google Analytics loads only in public mode when configured and after visitor consent. Refusing analytics does not affect site functions.
